These forms will allow you to make different changes to the information you already submitted previously.

4 easy steps
  • 1. Select the applicable form from the following list.
  • 2. You can fill out the form online (depending on your browser version and installed plugins) and print it out.
  • 3. Sign the desired changes.
  • 4. Forward the changes to us by post, Fax, email or use the upload function.
     

As soon as we have conducted your changes, you will receive confirmation by email or directly on your Online Banking.
