The Online Banking App is available for the iOS, Android and Windows operating systems and offers you all the banking functions that you can use on your desktop computer or laptop and even more.

ShortPIN and device link
The shortPIN is a four-digit number which you can assign freely. With this number you can easily access Online Banking, Quick Check and the tresorTAN App. In order to be able to use the shortPIN, device link is additionally necessary. This links the Online Banking App with your smartphone or tablet. You can only use the shortPIN after activating both functions, shortPIN and device link. This ensures that the shortPIN can only be used on the linked mobile end device.
If you log in to Online Banking with your shortPIN, only viewing functions are available. If you want to authorize an order or change any settings (e.g. shortPIN, Geo Control, Notifications, etc.) you must additionally enter your PIN or your TAN.
The defined shortPIN is used for logging in to Online Banking, for Quick Check and for the tresorTAN App. Once you have set a shortPIN, you can authorize further mobile devices for use with the shortPIN. A defined shortPIN can be changed directly in Online Banking under “Settings” / “Apps”. The change is immediately valid for every subsequent login.
If you forget your shortPIN, select “forgot my shortPIN”. Afterwards you you must log in with your Online Banking access data (user number, user name, PIN), then you can set a new shortPIN under “Settings” / “Apps”.
|1. Authenticate yourself with your access data: user number, user name, and PIN.|
|2. Set a name for the device which you wish to establish a device link to. This is helpful if you use different end devices.
Note: If you do not wish to define and use the shortPIN, click on “skip”.
3. In order to activate the shortPIN click "yes".
4. Set a four-digit shortPIN.
5. Repeat the four-digit shortPIN.
Note: You can change the shortPIN any time under “Settings” / “Apps” / “shortPIN”. The change is immediately effective for each subsequent login.
|Now you can access your Online Banking App by means of your shortPIN.
Note: If you wish to log in with your shortPIN, only data view is possible. If you wish to make changes or carry out transactions, you must then enter your PIN or TAN at the end.
Login via Finger Print Scan
Finger print scan (fingerprint, touch ID) on your mobile telephone or tablet is also available for the purpose of logging in. When you log in via finger print scan, just like with the shortPIN, only data viewing mode is possible. In order to carry out a transaction, it is necessary to enter your PIN or a TAN.
Note: On your mobile telephone / tablet you can set up several finger prints for access to your device. There is no identity link. Because of these technical circumstances, any fingerprint registered on your mobile telephone or tablet can be used for logging in to your Online Banking.

|Activate the finger print scan function under “Settings” / “Apps”. Choose the device on which you wish to use finger print scan under connected devices. Activate finger print scan under the device settings and select “Yes”.|
Quick Check, News, Branch Search, Direct Access in “My data”, “App-Settings” Quick Check
Quick Check gives you a quick glance at your account balance and transactions. Access is obtained via shortPIN or finger print scan. Quick Check is only used for viewing purposes. This means that no transactions can be started from this view. Define which products are displayed in Quick-Check directly in the Quick Check view.
Additionally in Online Banking, you can find useful functions such as: Branch Search, News from Anadi Bank, important telephone numbers for blocking cards and direct access to “My data” and “App-Settings”.
