How do I get a cancellation document for the Land Register?

An official copy of a cancellation document will be sent to you automatically from the Office of the Carinthian Provincial Government after notification of repayment has been provided by Austrian Anadi Bank.
If you have any further queries, please contact the Province of Carinthia staff. (Department 2)

What is the procedure for someone who is taking over an existing subsidy?

In the event of the purchase or sale of a subsidised dwelling (private home), the housing subsidy loan can only be taken over by the purchaser with the consent of the Province of Carinthia. Such consent will only be given if the purchaser is a “preferential person” (begünstigte Person) and has assumed the obligation to pay back the loan. More information can be found in the housing manual (Wohnbaufibel).

What does “begünstigte Rückzahlung (preferential repayment)” mean?

This means the premature repayment of the entire amount of a housing subsidy loan or a loan from the Landes-Wohn- und Siedlungsfonds, which entitles the subsidy recipient to a discount of 25% on the outstanding loan amount. More information can be found in the housing manual (Wohnbaufibel - only in German language).

You should apply for the “begünstigte Rückzahlung” using the forms available at the Office of the Carinthian Provincial Government – Department 2, sub-section Wirtschaft und Wohnbau (economy and housing).
You can find the application form for premature repayment of the entire amount here.
